FAA Part 145 · Component Repair

Component repair built on engineering, not estimation.

FAA Part 145. Engineering-led. Committed turnaround.

Engineered repairs for the components that ground aircraft — across air conditioning, electrical power, hydraulics, landing gear, water & waste, APU and more.

What we repair

Depth where it counts.

Certainty comes from depth, not coverage. Our team brings 30+ years of DER repair and parts-engineering experience across nine ATA chapters. We take on a component when the engineering, parts supply, and documentation are ready to back the same committed turnaround we make on day one.

These are high-dispatch-sensitivity components — the units that come off frequently and keep an aircraft on the ground until they’re back. Depth on a focused set is what lets us turn them fast and predictably.

How we repair

Two engineered routes to a right repair.

Every repair in our scope is engineered — never improvised — and runs one of two routes. When the right repair needs new approved data, we develop it: Designated Engineering Representative (DER) involvement means engineered repair procedures, documented methods, and traceability from findings through release. When approved data already governs the repair, we execute it under our FAA Part 145 approval — the same documentation, the same committed turnaround. Both routes draw on the same foundation: piece parts we reverse-engineer in-house, so OEM lead time and price never dictate your repair.
