The Certainty Program

Turn time is the product.

We don't negotiate schedule. We commit to one — and back it with consequences.

Applies to all repair work in our approved scope.

The Certainty Program

One date. Tracked. Backed.

The Certainty Program is Aviafix's commitment structure for component repair. At intake, we give you a ship date — not an estimate, not a range. After teardown and findings, we confirm it. Then we execute against it. If we miss inside our control, there are published consequences. No negotiating. No rescheduling under pressure. One number, on the record.

How it works

Three things the program guarantees.

01 — The Commitment

One date. Not a range.

We commit to a ship date at intake and confirm it after teardown and findings. One day, on the record — not "two to four weeks," not "end of the month." One date, so you can plan around it.

02 — The Clock

Starts at teardown. Pauses only for you.

The clock starts when teardown begins. It pauses only for delays caused by the customer — approval holds, customer-supplied parts, scope changes, or engineering decisions awaiting your sign-off. Not for our queue. Not for our vendors.

03 — If We Miss

Consequences, in writing.

Miss inside our control: service credit on the invoice + a root-cause note within three business days. AOG miss inside our control: full premium refund + root-cause note. No exceptions. No request required — we issue automatically.

The clock rules

What starts it. What pauses it. What doesn't.

The clock rules are published so you know exactly how your commitment is protected. This is what separates a real commitment from a "best effort."

Clock starts When teardown begins.

Pauses for (customer-caused only)

  • Awaiting customer approval on findings or scope
  • Customer-supplied parts or information not yet received
  • Customer-initiated scope changes
  • Non-routine engineering decisions awaiting customer sign-off

Does not pause for

  • Internal scheduling or queue depth
  • Undisclosed or late vendor deliveries
  • Staffing or capacity constraints
  • Any other delay inside Aviafix's control
Why it improves over time

Aviafix gets faster by completing work, not by adding people.

Every repair scope we complete strengthens the next. Documentation tightens. Parts availability improves. Test procedures compress. When we close a repair, the next one on that component is more predictable — not because we try harder, but because the system compounds. We add components only when we can back them with the same commitment. Not before.
