Aviafix is an FAA Part 145 repair station specializing in DER-developed and standard component repairs — built around three fundamentals: Quality – Cost – Delivery.
Aviafix comes out of three decades in component repair and parts engineering — work that kept exposing the same problem: repairs executed without proper engineering data, and delivery dates promised with no accountability behind them. Not because shops were incapable, but because no one had built the system to hold both. Aviafix closes both gaps.
Aviafix is one engineering capability with two outputs: DER-developed repairs and standard Part 145 repair execution. The same in-house engineering — including reverse-engineering the piece parts our work depends on — feeds both. Both are built on the same discipline: depth over breadth, engineered solutions over improvised ones, and commitments we put consequences behind.
Component repair looks straightforward. It isn't. The gap between "repaired" and "repaired on time, to spec, with approved data and documented traceability" is where most turnaround promises quietly collapse. Aviafix treats execution like an engineering problem — repeatable methods, stable parts supply, published clock rules, and consequences when the system fails. Not because it sounds good. Because that's the only way a turnaround commitment means anything.
