Three steps. Each one faster because of the last.
Repair work in our approved scope, DER-developed and standard.
Send us the component and the discrepancy. At induction we log your unit by part number, serial number, and failure mode, so it’s tracked from the moment it arrives.
We commit to a ship date at intake and confirm it after teardown and findings. One number, in writing. Not a range — a date.
We execute against approved repair data and return your unit to service — with the documentation to back it — on the date we committed.
You won’t have to chase us for status. Priority and AOG work gets proactive updates, and when teardown reveals something, findings come to you for sign-off before we proceed — so there are no surprises on cost, scope, or schedule. If anything inside our control affects the date, you hear it from us first.
